The agreement
Bloom uses the Apple Standard EULA. That license is the legal agreement between you and the app provider. This page is a readable summary. If this summary conflicts with Apple's Standard EULA, the EULA controls.
Age
You must be an adult to use Bloom. The app is written for grown-ups and is not meant for children. Some of what you write is sent to AI services to create reflections, so please use Bloom only if you are old enough to be an adult where you live.
Educational purpose
Bloom is an educational self-reflection tool. It can help you notice broad attachment patterns, write about relationship moments, and consider small practices.
Subscriptions
Paid access is offered through Apple's in-app purchase system. The price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal details shown by the App Store at purchase time apply to your subscription.
Subscriptions renew through Apple unless they are canceled in your Apple account. Deleting Bloom or erasing local app data does not cancel a subscription. Purchases can be restored inside the app.

Acceptable use
Use Bloom lawfully and for its intended personal reflection purpose. Do not try to disrupt the service, bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app to harm another person.
Availability
Local features may remain available without a network connection. AI reflections, purchase checks, and restore actions depend on services provided by Apple, AWS, Anthropic, RevenueCat, and internet providers. Those features may sometimes be delayed or unavailable.
Bloom may change as the app develops. Features, content, and subscription options may be updated while respecting purchases and rights that already apply.
Ownership
Bloom, octo, the app artwork, and the original app content belong to their respective owner or licensors. Third party services, software, and fonts remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
